We love celebrating at Wine Knot! We cater to all special occasions including, Hens Days, Birthdays, Bucks, Christmas Parties, Corporate Team Building Events, Annual Catch Up’s and more!
To secure your booking, a $100 deposit is required to be paid within 14 days.
Menu’s will be sent to you approx. 21 days prior to your tour date.
Your Menu selections are required to be returned 10 days prior to your tour date.
The menu’s cater to special dietary requirements – we do not send these out earlier as menus change seasonally.
Full payment is due 21 days prior to your tour date.
Your itineraries will be sent to you 7 days prior to your tour date.
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS & GROUP SIZES
We understand the challenge in organising large groups, you can secure your booking now and we will amend your final payment accordingly if you have any changes in your group size.
Wine Knot Tours Minimum Group Size is 2 people.
PICK UP DROP & OFF TIMES
Depending on your pick up and drop off location, your pick up time is usually between 0930 – 1030, drop off is between 16:00 – 17:00
PICK UP & DROP OFF LOCATIONS
Your Pick Up and Drop Off Location can be different if you are wanting to head out after your tour.

You can opt to add an additional winery or stop on your tour as an optional extra.

Wine Knot Tours do not cater to children on our tours, all attendees are required to be minimum 18 years of age.
