Wine Knot Tours
Wine Knot Tours is a family run wine and food tour business based in Mollymook. As Mollymook locals for many years, we knew this hidden gem was something we wanted to share with everyone! From the incredible culinary excellence, local providores, food producers, award winning wineries to the breath-taking scenery and native wildlife. We saw an opportunity to share this with everyone, so in 2017, Wine Knot Tours was born.
By the end of 2020 we are proud to have hosted over 200 tour groups and showcased the Region to nearly 2,500 people.
Wine Knot Tours was delighted to have won the #1 place in the Illawarra South Coast Brides Choice Awards for the Bucks and Hens category in 2019.
At Wine Knot Tours we strive to bring people unique and immersive experiences which inspired our gorgeous Foodie Tour. We were humbled to have White Wash Magazine host an editorial piece about our tours, with another proud achievement being featured in another editorial in South Coast Style, both in 2018.
Wine Knot Tours dedication to customer service has seen us maintain its 5-star review rating on TripAdvisor and has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence.
Meet Shane & Mark
Shaney Babes has been a passionate high school teacher for over 20 years. Shanes understanding that everyone has their own unique qualities and skills has resulted in her constant support of her students to reach their full potential.
Shane’s above and beyond attitude translates amazingly to Wine Knot, always thinking of fun, new innovative ways that Wine Knot can go the extra mile. Especially for people celebrating special occasions, like birthdays or hens weekends. A perfect afternoon for Shane would be sitting on the hill at Cupitt’s winery, with a glass of wine, watching the sun set over Pigeon House mountain, the Budawang ranges, and their vineyard.
Marky Mark, your tour executive, works tirelessly to bring together your incredible day out. Mark is your go to man, he’ll be sure to give you the hot tip on places to go, things to do and where to stay. Mark has been a dedicated fire fighter in NSW fire and rescue for over 20 years, just let us know if you want a calendar. The perfect day for Mark would be a morning coffee stop at Duke & Co before heading out to the Berry wineries for lunch at Cambewarra Estate overlooking the vineyards with the gorgeous backdrop of Cambewarra mountain.
